
Our insurance is valid for 14 days from the date of signature. If your purchase arrives after 30 days, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.
NEWYKINZ guarantees that the customer is completely satisfied with the product purchased from NEWYKINZ.com.
If you wish to return a product, it is the customer's responsibility to return it to us.
If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product.
